On July 2, 2022 in Mexico City, the YOUNG LEADERS WORLD FORUM project officially started.
Representatives of the 10 partner organisations were present. The kick off meeting was useful to define the work plan, organize the activities to be implemented, share the best practices and coordinate for the next steps.
The project promoted by SOS Europa aims to encourage, support and enhance value proposals put in place by the younger generations and offer them tools and spaces to rise to a pro-active and decisive role.
The project is co-financed by the European Commission’s Erasmus Plus Programme Capacity Building in the field of Youth.
In addition to the lead partner SOS EUROPA (Italy) are part of the consortium Asociaciòn Civil Familia Gangitana de Rosario ARGENTINA, Youth Horizons GREECE, DISHA International Foundation Trust INDIA, Organisation for Strategic Development in Africa GHANA, Asociatia Tinerilor cu Initiativa Civica ROMANIA, Young Professional Development Society Nepal NEPAL, ASOCIACION MEXICANA DE VOLUNTARIADO INTERNACIONAL A.C. We are proud – says MATTIA DI TOMMASO, president of SOS Europe – to have launched this ambitious project that fits into the path we started 4 years ago with the first edition of Young Leaders, a format that has allowed us in recent years to work with many young people around the world and improve their leadership skills and work with and for young people.
